Feeling down/upset/depressed?
So, you feel down or depressed?
You will be okay. Be strong. Things might seem really tough at the moment, but you need to put on a happy face, and smile, even if it means faking it. Tell yourself you will be okay. You are beautiful, amazing, and completely unique.
If you feel like you want to self harm, think again.
It doesn’t achieve anything. You’ll just get addicted and want to carry on, but please don’t.
When you get urges, create something, surround yourself in things you love, people you love. Listen to happy music, think of all the things you have. People who love you. People who care. A healthy life. Friends. Family. Be positive.
Maybe you’re feeling suicidal?
Please, please do not kill yourself. Is that really what you want? To feel nothing, forever.
You wouldn’t know of what it would be like to feel better, happier, to grow up and experience amazing things. Your family and friends would blame themselves for what you had done. They could fall into depression, blaming themselves for things they had never done, or said. That’s not what you want, is it?
As I’ve said before there are people who love you, and people who care for you. Tell someone how you are feeling, please.
There are numbers you can ring, people who can help you. Please accept the help. And don’t think that these are just empty words, because I do generally care.
Please don’t ever feel like you are useless, or that you are not enough. You are amazing. Tell yourself that everyday.
Be strong, it will be worth it.
